In 2021, Aquinas College received its largest individual gift donation to expand the science building. The project aimed to create a state-of-the-art facility that achieved LEED Gold certification. In addition to this project, Aquinas boasts 7 other LEED-certified buildings. Every detail we planned to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This included integrating Lab Equipment with Phoenix Controls and implementing general HVAC systems with energy and heat recovery systems. Their campus now operates under complete control by Niagara, incorporating existing Stapha, JCI, and Distech Controls. Recently, we finalized the Van Lare Hall Renovation, a comprehensive building redesign encompassing rooftop units, VAVs, fin tube zones, cabinet heaters, a boiler system, and generator integration. Control Solutions, Inc. secured a contract to deliver comprehensive building temperature control solutions for the Bay Mills Health Center project.
