We’re excited to showcase this project where we implemented a comprehensive control system across two buildings. We seamlessly integrated Distech Controls with Niagara Supervisor to host HVAC controls and Key Card Access systems, providing efficient and centralized management for our client. Offering mechanical and HVAC control services, we collaborated closely with the district to modernize their outdated pneumatic system, converting it to fully Digital Direct Control (DDC). This upgrade not only improved system performance but also enabled the district to qualify for energy rebates, covering a portion of the project’s cost—between 10-15%—underscoring our commitment to innovative and cost-effective solutions.
