We are much more than just a controls company - Even while doing work across the world, we retain the mindset of a small business: Hard working, meticulous, and customer-centric.

Our Story

Control Solutions, Inc. was founded with a vision to integrate systems that others said “could not be done.” We’re controls experts who truly care about our customers, and take the time to listen to their problems, evaluate their needs, and then devise a thorough, well-thought-out plan. Often times, this means creating a custom, common platform to manage their facility systems, better known as a Building Automation System (BAS). Our ability to integrate this wide array of systems and keep them open for the future needs has been in our DNA from the very beginning. With a firm belief in pushing the boundaries of what’s achievable, we have consistently tackled challenges head-on & our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us the trust of clients across industries. Since its establishment in 1998, TES has been a cornerstone in the industry, known for its dedication to quality and innovation. With the acquisition of their temperature controls division, as well as the Test and Balance division, we fortified our position as a comprehensive solution provider. This strategic move not only expanded our portfolio of services but also integrated TES's expertise and reputation into our own. Today, we continue to build upon the strong foundation laid by TES, leveraging their legacy of excellence to drive forward our commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering unmatched value in every endeavor.

Acquired Kinetics TAB & Commissioning Consultants
The acquisition of Kinetics in 2016 marked a significant milestone in our company's journey, further solidifying our position as a leader in the industry. By integrating Kinetics into our operations, we enhanced our capabilities and expanded our expertise in the Test and Balance division. We also became a NEBB certified company, adding NEBB certified technicians to our team. In 2017, we opened the doors to our East side office to help serve Detroit and its surrounding areas. Since then, our East side office has become an integral part of our commitment to the local community, providing convenient access to our services and fostering meaningful connections with our customers.
