Control Solutions, Inc. secured a contract to deliver comprehensive building temperature control solutions for the Bay Mills Health Center project. Over two years, we oversaw the installation of various building automation systems across the new 35,000 sq ft building. This encompassed setting up 11 in-floor heat zones with pumps and installing two Air Handling units, a Boiler and Chiller System, VAVs with hot water, Exhaust Fans, Humidifiers, a Domestic Water System, and a Heat Trace System. Our scope of work also involved system programming, implementing graphics, conducting system start-up and check-out, providing owner training, supplying computer equipment, and offering warranty services.
